About Membership
To change your membership information, such as your email address, please click the "Change membership information" button on the account screen .
This change has also been made to the official app.
Please install the app, log in, and make the changes in your membership information on My Page.
If you see the message "Your member ID or password is incorrect," this means that you have entered your email address or password incorrectly, or the email address you entered is not registered.
*When registering as a new member, if you have used capital letters in your email address or password, please enter them correctly in capital letters.
If you have forgotten your password, please reset it.
If you see the message "Please check your email address and password," it is possible that you have entered your email address or password incorrectly.

Please copy the password provided in the email and paste it into the password field to try logging in.

If your points are not reflected, it may be because of the following:

About orders and shipping
Due to some communication issue, messages may not be received or may be delayed.

Returns and Exchanges
We will accept exchanges for your convenience within 7 days of receiving the product.
*We do not accept returns* Customers will be responsible for shipping costs when returning products.
*We will refund your money as soon as we receive the returned item and check the contents (excluding shipping costs).
*You will need to purchase the size you want separately. Please note that we cannot accommodate your request if the size is out of stock.
*Collaboration items, limited items, and other specific products may not be available for exchange.
*Please check the product name, color, size and quantity once again before confirming your order.
