We are very sorry, but as part of the rank benefits that were launched on November 1st, you were supposed to be able to receive free shipping, but due to a problem with the settings, it is not working properly.
Additionally, there have been cases where an error message is displayed when making a purchase and payment cannot be made.
We deeply apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Currently, the error message is not displayed and you can purchase products, but the free shipping bonus service has been suspended and we are currently working to restore it.

Until service is restored, shipping charges before October will be displayed and charged.
Details are as follows.

・If the purchase amount is less than 15,000 yen, shipping fee of 660 yen will be charged. ・If the purchase amount is 15,000 yen or more, shipping is free.

If you are a Gold Member or above and a shipping fee is charged at the time of purchase, we will refund the shipping fee at a later date.

The refund process is as follows:
Refunds will be processed via the card or electronic payment used at the time of payment.
The method and timing of refunds will vary depending on the payment method, so if you have any questions, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could check with your card company and the operating company.
