Notice of restoration of free shipping benefit

We are pleased to inform you that the issue with the free shipping bonus that occurred on November 1st has been resolved as of today, December 5th.
Starting today, eligible customers will receive free shipping regardless of purchase amount.
For customers who are Gold members or above and who incurred shipping charges when making a purchase between November 1st and today, we will refund the shipping charges in order.
The refund process will be processed via the card or electronic payment used at the time of payment.
The method and timing of refunds will vary depending on the payment method, so if you have any questions, we apologize for the inconvenience, but we would appreciate it if you could check with your card company and the operating company.
