Brand Concept
The concept is "Creating the clothes you want to wear."
Launched in 2017 by brand manager Kenbo, "KEBOZ" offers a variety of products centered around baseball, including items that delight baseball fans and exclusive collaborations with baseball teams.
The brand, derived from the name "Kenbo and friends," proposes building a community based on fashion, along with the origin of the brand name.
Currently, we operate 6 flagship stores in Japan:
Tokyo Kuramae store, Osaka Kitahorie store, Fukuoka PARCO store, Hokkaido Asahikawa store, Aichi Nagoya store, Osaka HEP FIVE store,

The first collaborative work between KEBOZ and "mita sneakers" has been launched, utilizing the ASICS SportStyle as the base model.
This model is renowned for its "split tongue" design, which significantly enhances fit by vertically dividing the tongue into two large sections, a feature that debuted in 1990 with the lightweight running shoe, the GEL-LYTE III.
Taking "TAITO" (Taito Ward) - the base of both collaborators - as a keyword, the collaboration draws inspiration from notable Taito landmarks such as the cherry blossoms at Ueno Zoological Gardens, the Sumida River, and Sensoji Temple to reconstruct a unique color palette with a diverse use of materials.
The sneakers include detailed considerations for comfort, such as the split tongue now featuring a zipper, a quick-lace system with a stopper for fast fit adjustments, and reflective piping to enhance visibility.
Notable design elements highlighting the regional theme include the “KEBOZ” logo on the heel and graphic designs on the insole, making it a compelling work that showcases a design rich in locality.
